Quotation and confirmation
A website enquiry is a request for a quotation, not a confirmed reservation. Review the written quotation, supplier terms and payment schedule before you pay. A booking is confirmed only when the relevant ticket or confirmation is issued.
Prices and availability
Displayed starting prices are indicative, not live fares or guaranteed offers. Dates, occupancy, departure city, hotel category and availability affect the price. Request a dated quotation showing the total amount, taxes, inclusions and exclusions before booking.
Traveller details
Check names against passports or government identification, travel dates, routing, baggage, room occupancy and all booking details before authorising issue. Corrections can attract supplier charges.
Hotels and sightseeing
Hotel names, meal plans, transfers and sightseeing are included only when listed in your confirmed quotation. Sample itineraries are planning examples. Weather, closures and operational conditions may require changes.
Visas and travel documents
Visa assistance does not guarantee an appointment, visa approval or entry. Decisions rest with the relevant authorities. Travellers must hold the required passports, visas and other documents for their route.
